Air Fryer Crab Cakes

  • 8 oz. lump crab
  • 1/4 cup red bell pepper, chopped
  • 2 green onion, chopped
  • 2 Tbsp bread crumbs
  • 1 tsp old bay seasoning
  • 2 Tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 Tbsp dijon mustard
  • Squeeze of lemon

    • 2/3 cup mayonnaise
    • 1 Tbsp dijon mustard
    • 1 Tbsp lemon juice
    • 1 tsp Worcestershire
    • 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
    • 1/3 tsp cayenne pepper
    • salt and pepper, to taste



    1. Place the crab, red bell pepper, green onion, bread crumbs, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, and old bay in a bowl and stir until combined.

    2. Gently form patties with mixture. Spray Basket with nonstick cooking spray.

    3. Working in batches, place patties in Air Fryer basket and lightly spray tops with oil.

    4. Air fry at 370F for 7 minutes.

    5. While the crab cakes are cooking, prepare the remoulade. Add all remoulade ingredients to a bowl and whisk to combine.

    6. When the crab cakes are finished cooking, drizzle the remoulade on top and a squeeze of lemon and serve!
