How to Make Four-Cheese Mac and Cheese in a GoWISE USA Pressure Cooker

Try our delicious four-cheese mac and cheese recipe in your pressure cooker today! In just 5 minutes you'll have a tasty meal you won't be able to put down. 

 

 Ingredients:

 

1 lb Elbow Macaroni

2 cups chicken broth

2 cups water

2 tbsp butter

1 tbsp hot sauce

1 tsp garlic powder

1/2 tsp salt+pepper

2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese

1/2 shredded Mozzarella cheese

1/2 shredded Parmesan cheese

1/2 Havarti

1/2 - 1 cup Milk

 

 

Directions:

 

1. Add the Macaroni, Water, Chicken Broth, Butter, Hot sauce, Garlic powder, salt+pepper to the GoWise Pressure Cooker.

2. Set your pressure cooker to High Pressure for 5 minutes

3. Use the Quick Release before opening

4. Fold in the cheeses and milk

5. Enjoy!
