The air fryer works faster than any other method of cooking and doesn’t require preheating. The dehydrating function is a great addition to the versatility of the Mojave Air Fryer Dehydrator. It can create great fruit slices that are crisp and without cooking your fruit. You can also make jerky and not have to add all the salt and sugar. You can dehydrate veggies, fruits and meats.

The Mojave Air Fryer has an easy-to-use touchscreen display and an extra-large cooking capacity. You can enjoy a full touchscreen display with 8 cooking presets. It has a spacious 17 -quart interior, if you need to cook for a large crowd. It also comes with 11 accessories and 2 recipe books.

Accessories included are: 5 dehydrator racks, a shallow mesh basket, rotisserie rod and forks, rotisserie cage, rotisserie skewers, tongs, and a drip pan.
