Try these Keto-Friendly Burger Bites at your next game day party!
Everyone will love these bite-sized snacks completed by a flavorful special sauce. The meat is juicy and moist, the veggies are fresh, and the sauce is a crowd-pleaser! If you are hosting for a big party, you should add these mini bites to your menu. They are a bun-less appetizer which cuts your calories. You can use keto-friendly buns if you prefer, but we don't need those extra carbs so we ditched the bun!
We made these using our 7 Quart Digital Touchscreen Air Fryer, which makes this recipe easy for clean up.

Mini Beef Burgers:
1.5 pounds ground beef
1/4 cup onion, diced
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1 tsp brown Mustard
Low Carb Sauce:
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 tsp white wine vinegar
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
4 tbsp dill pickle relish
Using your hands mix together the beef, onion, salt, pepper, and brown sugar (optional.)
Form into 15-20 mini balls.
Cook in your air fryer, flipping half way to your desired doneness, 7-8 minutes at 390 degrees.
While the burgers are cooking, mix your mayonnaise, white vinegar, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, and dill pickle relish together. Set to the side.
Place each burger on a skewer with cheese, lettuce, pickles, and the special sauce.
