- 2 cups brussels sprouts
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
1. Trim and quarter the Brussels sprouts and toss in a large bowl with the olive oil, salt, and pepper.
2. Air fry at 350 for 5 minutes. Shake and fry for an additional 2 minutes.
3. Transfer to a serving bowl and enjoy!
