Grilled Peaches with Burrata


Enjoy some gorgeous grilled peaches in this fresh salad - the perfect, light dish or side for the summer! 






3-4 peaches, sliced 

1 cup Burrata cheese 

½ cup balsamic vinegar

2 tbsp olive oil 

salt and pepper to taste 

fresh basil 

2 cups arugula 

sliced baguette 





Pour 2 cups of water into your GoWISE USA Smokeless Grill drip tray. Set your grill to medium high and turn on the fan. Then, brush the sliced peaches with olive oil and grill on medium high for 6 minutes, flipping occasionally. 

While the peaches are grilling, prepare the balsamic reduction. In a small saucepan, cook the balsamic vinegar over low heat until the vinegar has reduced to at least half the original amount. 

Slice your baguette and place the sliced pieces on your grill. Brush them with olive oil and grill for 2 minutes on each side. 

Add grilled peaches to a bed of arugula. Top with Burrata cheese and fresh basil and drizzle on the balsamic reduction. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve with toasted baguette slices and enjoy!
