Ingredients:
Mini Beef Burgers:
1.5 pounds ground beef
1/4 cup onion, diced
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1 tsp brown Mustard
Low Carb Sauce:
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 tsp white wine vinegar
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
4 tbsp dill pickle relish
Instructions:
Using your hands mix together the beef, onion, salt, pepper, and brown sugar (optional.)
Form into 15-20 mini balls.
Cook in your air fryer, flipping half way to your desired doneness, 7-8 minutes at 390 degrees.
While the burgers are cooking, mix your mayonnaise, white vinegar, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, and dill pickle relish together. Set to the side.
Place each burger on a skewer with cheese, lettuce, pickles, and the special sauce.
