Ingredients: Veggies: 1 sweet potato 1 lb. mini red potatoes 1 lb. brussels sprouts 12 oz. carrots 1 yellow onion 1 yellow squash 1 rutabaga Seasoning: 2 tbsp olive oil 2 tsp salt 2 tsp pepper Directions: Slice your desired veggies and place them in a mixing bowl.
