These are filled with shredded chicken but you can also fill them with cheese, fire-roasted green chiles, shredded beef or beans too!

For this recipe we used our 7 Quart Digital Touchscreen Air Fryer. What is great about this model is the large space capacity. With 7 quarts of cooking space, this air fryer is perfect for feeding the whole family

Here is what you will need:

Ingredients:

Shredded chicken
Tortillas
Cheese
Sour Cream
Guacamole

Instructions:

Heat your tortillas in the microwave until soft and pliable. Fill your tortillas with your shredded chicken. Roll tortilla up. Place in air fryer, seam side down, and fry at 375F for 7-10 mins.

Step 3:

Tightly roll up the tortilla and place it in your air fryer

Step 5:

You can serve it with guacamole, sour cream, cheese, and your favorite spicy sauce.
