1 French bread baguette
1 1/4 cups whole milk
2 cups shredded cheese
1/4 tsp salt
pinch of black pepper
pinch of dried parsley
8 slices of bacon
Slice the baguette into 1-2 inch chunks, and place in a large ziplock bag.
In a medium bowl, combine eggs, milk, cheese, salt, pepper and parsley. Set aside.
Air fry the bacon strips for 3 minutes on each side at 400F. Remove from air fryer and cut into 1-inch pieces. Add to the egg mixture.
Pour egg mixture into the ziplock bag with the bread chunks and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Add to your air fryer accessory kit baking pan or any pan that fits within your air fryer. Place in air fryer basket and air fry for 25 minutes at 350F.
Remove, slice and enjoy!
