Air Fryer Kale Chips

Looking for a healthy alternative to chips? Try making these kale chips at home in your air fryer! It takes no time at all to make and they are pretty delicious.

 

 Ingredients:

 

1 lb. kale

1 tbsp. olive oil or avocado oil

sea salt to taste

 

Instructions:

 

1. Rinse kale and dry thoroughly.

2. Cut kale leaves from stem and make into bite sized pieces.

3. Place in a large bowl and toss with oil and salt.

4. Place 1/4 of the kale inside the air fryer basket and air fryer at 400F for 3 minutes. Repeat until kale is cooked.

5. Enjoy!
