French toast Ingredients:
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 TBSP cinnamon
- Pinch of nutmeg
- 4 slices of bread (any bread you'd like)
Frosting dip ingredients:
- 2 TSP milk
- 1 CUP powdered sugar
- 1/2 TSP vanilla extract
- 1/4 CUP unsalted butter
Directions for french toast sticks:
Spread butter on your bread and cut into 3 slices. Set aside.
In a medium bowl, add 2 beaten eggs. Stir in cinnamon and nutmeg. Mix well.
Spray the baking pan to prevent sticking, then dunk the bread slices in this egg, and transfer them to the pan. Place the baking pan on top of the air fryer rack.
Set the temperature to 360F degrees and fry for 6 minutes.
Directions for frosting dip:
In a medium mixing bowl, add milk, powdered sugar, butter and vanilla extract. Blend/mix until a creamy well mixed texture.
