  Ingredients:   4 tbsp butter 2 garlic cloves 1/2 small onion 12 oz. mushrooms 4 cups chicken broth (or vegetable broth to make this a vegetarian meal) Salt and pepper (to taste) 2 oz. High-grade cooking Sherry  A pinch of parsley    Instructions:   1. Start by melting 2 Tbsp of butter 2. Using the manual setting, set the temperature to 202° for 1 minute. 3.   Ingredients:   1/4 cup olive oil 1/2 fresh lemon squeezed 1/2 jalapeño 2 tbsp. tahini 1/4 cilantro 1 tsp salt 2 cans drained garbanzo beans Liquid reserved from beans   Instructions:   1. Add garbanzo beans, olive oil, jalapeño, tahini, lemon, reserved juice, and salt. 2. Blend on medium for 30 seconds. 3. Add cilantro last. 4. Blend for a couple until cilantro is blended in well. 5.
