1 cup sweet baking mix (Explorado Market) or 1 cup almond flour
1 tbsp pumpkin spice seasoning
½ tbsp cinnamon
1 tbsp Lakanto Golden sweetener (if using almond flour add ¼ cup sweetener of choice in addition)
½ tsp baking powder
4 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
1 tsp pumpkin extract
½ tsp vanilla extract
2 tbsp chocolate chips
walnuts for topping, optional
Mix all of your dry ingredients (minus the chocolate chips together), so there are no lumps.
Add in your melted butter and both extracts. Combine well before adding your eggs. Then, add in your chocolate chips and spoon your batter into the silicone molds.
Place them in the air fryer basket and air fry at 310°F for 15-17 minutes.
*this makes 9 servings, not including chocolate chips or walnuts.
