Shrimp Skewers

  • ½ lb raw shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • ½ tsp garlic puree
  • ½ tsp paprika
  • ½ tsp ground cumin
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • Salt, to taste
  • 1 Tbsp cilantro, chopped
  • 1 lime

1.)   Soak 4-6 wooden skewers for 15-20 minutes before needed.

2.)   Mix lemon juice, garlic, paprika, cumin, and salt into a bowl. Add shrimp and stir to evenly coat.

3.)   Thread shrimp onto the skewers. Place skewers into air fryer. Do not overcrowd basket.

4.)   Cook at 350° for 4 minutes. Flip and cook for 2 additional minutes.

5.)   Sprinkle with cilantro. Serve with lime slices. Enjoy!
