What you will need:
Corned beef leftovers
Carrots
Cabbage
Potatoes
Water
Egg roll wrappers
Swiss cheese
Directions:
1. Place the egg roll wrappers on a work surface. Divide the filling mixture among the wrappers, using about a tablespoon or two of filling for each one. Brush the edges of the wrappers with water
2.Fold one corner over the filling, then fold in the sides and roll up
3. Brush the little egg rolls with vegetable oil and place in your air fryer
4. Cook for 10 minutes at 400 degrees
5. Serve with leftover sauce and Enjoy!
