Jalapeño Cilantro Hummus

1/4 cup olive oil

1/2 fresh lemon squeezed

1/2 jalapeño

2 tbsp. tahini

1/4 cilantro

1 tsp salt

2 cans drained garbanzo beans

Liquid reserved from beans




1. Add garbanzo beans, olive oil, jalapeño, tahini, lemon, reserved juice, and salt.

2. Blend on medium for 30 seconds.

3. Add cilantro last.

4. Blend for a couple until cilantro is blended in well.

5. Enjoy!
