Grilled Chicken with Fresh Pico de Gallo

Pico de Gallo:

3 cloves of garlic, sliced

2 tbsp olive oil

1/2 tsp salt 

2 ripe avocados, peeled and sliced

1 cup corn 

1/4 red onion, diced

1 large tomato, diced

1/4 cup cilantro, chopped 

1 jalapeno, diced



4 boneless skinless chicken breasts

1 tbsp dried oregano 

1 tsp black pepper




In a medium mixing bowl, combine all pico de gallo ingredients together. Once thoroughly mixed, place in refrigerator for later. 

Before using the GoWISE USA Smokeless Grill, you'll need to pour about two cups of water into the grill's drip tray to ensure there is no smoke. 

For this recipe, you'll want to use the grill cooking surface. Pre-heat the grill to level 4 while you season the chicken. Season both sides of the chicken breast with pepper and oregano. Turn on the fan to eliminate all the smoke while grilling. Cook each side for 4-5 minutes each or until the internal temperature reaches 165°.   

Top chicken breast with Pico de Gallo and enjoy!
